The roots of Carbondale - Our story
High quality care in Northeastern Pennsylvania
Since 1969, our facility has been committed to providing high quality care in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The original center opened on January 15, 1969, under the direction of local physicians, surgeons and business leaders.
In 1998 we moved into our modern, one‑story, 115‑bed center on 12 acres at 10 Hart Place, Carbondale.
Today, our legacy of “respect, dignity and compassion” continues through every interaction, every day.
